Complete Project Delivery, Start to Finish

A turnkey installation means bXperts manages your project’s entire lifecycle — engineering and design, equipment sourcing and procurement coordination, mechanical and electrical installation, controls integration, and commissioning through start-up — as a single accountable partner.

This approach works whether you’re standing up a new line, adding a major new system, or executing a project too complex to manage as a series of separate contracts.

In one recent beverage production modernization project, bXperts acted as lead engineering partner and system integrator for a completely new, multi-vendor production line — combining equipment from five different countries (including Spain, Germany, Italy, and Brazil) into a single, fully engineered production system.

Beyond the equipment itself, bXperts engineered the complete supporting scope: civil, electrical, piping, and utility requirements, the full installation schedule, and the technical handshake between every vendor's equipment so outputs, signals, and physical interfaces all matched correctly. Approximately 20 people were involved on-site during installation, with the new line installed in parallel with the customer's existing production system to protect business continuity throughout the transition.

Installation and ramp-up were completed within the planned timeframe, with target production performance achieved quickly. The relationship has continued well beyond the original installation, into ongoing modernization, maintenance support, and additional engineering projects.

Why Turnkey Project Delivery Matters

Complex installation projects bring engineering, equipment, mechanical and electrical installation, automation, utilities, and commissioning into the same project schedule. Decisions made in one discipline can directly affect the requirements and timing of another.

Managing these activities as one coordinated scope keeps engineering decisions, equipment interfaces, installation sequencing, and commissioning requirements aligned throughout the project. bXperts maintains visibility across the complete delivery cycle, allowing technical and scheduling issues to be addressed in the context of the overall system rather than as isolated activities.

For the client, this provides a clear project structure from initial engineering through production start-up, with one team responsible for coordinating the complete delivery.

Aligned Project Disciplines

Engineering, equipment, mechanical, electrical, automation, and utilities work from one integrated project plan.

Complete Delivery-Cycle Visibility

Visibility across every phase helps issues get addressed in context, not as isolated activities.

One Accountable Delivery Structure

One team responsible for coordinating the complete delivery, from engineering through start-up.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does ‘turnkey’ actually mean?
A turnkey installation is a project delivery model where one partner takes responsibility for coordinating the complete scope from engineering and procurement through installation, commissioning, and start-up. The objective is to deliver an integrated production system ready for operation under the agreed project scope.
What's the difference between Turnkey Installations and Mechanical & Electrical Installations?
Turnkey Installations covers the full project lifecycle, including engineering and design work upfront and procurement coordination — a single accountable scope from concept through start-up. Mechanical & Electrical Installations focuses specifically on the installation execution itself. Many turnkey projects include mechanical and electrical installation as one phase of the broader scope.
Can you take over a project that's already in progress?
Yes. We can engage at any stage of a project — including partway through — and carry it to completion as part of a turnkey scope.
Where do you operate?
bXperts is headquartered in Atlanta, GA, with corporate offices in Aguascalientes, Mexico, Dublin, Ireland, and Dubai, UAE, plus additional offices supporting projects in the Dominican Republic, France, Spain, Bolivia, Brazil, and Argentina. Our technicians deploy across 20+ countries.
