Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Blow Molding Specialist to operate, troubleshoot, and optimize blow molding equipment within a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on ensuring bottle quality, minimizing downtime, and supporting maintenance activities to keep production running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and complete work orders

Safely operate, troubleshoot, and optimize blow molding machines

Support and respond to unscheduled downtime on production lines

Monitor and adjust processes to ensure bottle quality and resolve defects

Conduct hourly quality checks

Execute preform and bottle changeovers

Support maintenance activities, including component rebuilds and repairs
-
Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to ensure continuity
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating blow molding equipment
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting blow mold components (e.g., t-arm, spindle, blowing valves)
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments (bottling, beverage, packaging, plastics)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts
Qualifications:
- Experience with the following is highly preferred:
- Blow molding operations and process optimization
- Preform and bottle processing
- Equipment maintenance and component rebuilding
- Production quality control and defect analysis
