Field Service Engineer – Aseptic Fillers, Fillers & Tetra Brik

About the Role

bXperts is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with expertise in aseptic filling, filling, and Tetra Brik equipment to support customers across Europe. You will provide hands-on technical support at customer sites, helping maintain, troubleshoot, install, and commission high-speed bottling and packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, technical adjustments, and repairs on aseptic filling and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues on high-speed bottling lines.
• Support production start-ups, line upgrades, and equipment optimization activities.
• Install, commission, test, and validate equipment at customer sites.
• Work closely with customer maintenance and production teams to restore performance and minimize downtime.
• Complete clear service reports and communicate technical findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Ampack, Erca, Elopak, and Tetra Pak equipment.
• 4–5 years of field service, maintenance, or technical support experience in the beverage, bottling, or packaging industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across mechanical, electrical, and production-line systems.
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced customer-site environments.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
