Field Service Engineer – Extrusion Molding

About the Role

bXperts is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with strong expertise in extrusion molding equipment to support customers across the Americas. You will provide hands-on technical support on customer sites, helping maintain, troubleshoot, install, and commission high-speed bottling and packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, technical adjustments, and repairs on extrusion molding equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues on high-speed bottling lines.
• Support production start-ups, line upgrades, and equipment optimization activities.
• Install, commission, test, and validate equipment at customer sites.
• Work closely with customer maintenance and production teams to restore performance and minimize downtime.
• Complete clear service reports and communicate technical findings and recommendations. Qualifications

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of field service, maintenance, or technical support experience in the beverage, bottling, or packaging industry.
• Proven hands-on experience with Graham Wheel and Bekum equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across mechanical, electrical, and production-line systems.
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced customer-site environments.
