At PACK EXPO International 2026 in Chicago, conversations at the bXperts booth often came back to a practical question:
How can production teams get more from the equipment and technical resources they already have?
The challenges behind that question are ongoing. End users are working to recover efficiency from existing lines. OEMs are looking for qualified technicians to keep up with field-service demand.
End users described production lines operating below expected efficiency and were looking for ways to improve the equipment already in place. At bXperts, we have been providing production-line audits to help customers identify opportunities to improve line performance. When further work is needed, our project managers, engineers, and technicians can help plan and carry out upgrades and other improvements.
For OEMs, the challenge is finding enough field-service technicians to support their customers. At bXperts, we work with OEMs to add qualified field-service technicians and automation engineers to their teams.
Yoan Solard, bXperts' Business Development Manager for the EMEA, shared the example of a labeling-equipment manufacturer whose growth in the United States bXperts has supported with technicians and automation engineers. The company is now exploring cooperation in Europe, its main market. For OEMs serving customers across regions, access to qualified technicians who need limited additional training can help extend service capacity where it is needed.
The team also took the opportunity to introduced bXpro, bXperts’ in-house field reporting app, created to address practical challenges in on-site technical work. It helps bXperts technicians submit technical documents directly from the job site and supports the company’s service-management workflows.
