The new field reporting app, developed in-house by bXperts, helps technicians submit project timesheets and field reports directly from the job site.
bXperts introduced bXpro, its new field documentation and reporting app, at PACK EXPO International 2026 in Chicago, held October 18–21.
Developed in-house to address practical challenges in on-site technical work, bXpro enables bXperts technicians to submit project-related timesheets and field reports directly from the job site. By simplifying how information is captured and shared, the app helps reduce administrative work and gives technicians more time to focus on the work itself.
For customers, faster and more consistent reporting provides clearer visibility into project activity, work completed and findings that may require follow-up.
“Field reports are not simply an administrative requirement—they are critical information for our customers,” said Arnold Manier, CEO of bXperts. “They help customers understand what was completed, identify any observations or next steps, and take the right follow-up action. We created bXpro to make on-site reporting simpler for our technicians and more reliable and timely for the customers who depend on it.”
At PACK EXPO, Manier was joined at Booth S-4323 by Hugo Jaureguiberry, Sales Executive U.S., and Yoan Solard, Business Development Manager EMEA.
The team presented bXpro alongside bXperts’ technical services for OEMs and end users, including field service, maintenance, automation and electrical support, equipment installation, line relocations, retrofits, engineering and project execution.
Less administration. More focus in the field. Faster, more consistent reporting for our customers.
