Injection / Extrusion / Extrusion Blow Molding Technician

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Injection / Extrusion / Extrusion Blow Molding Technician to join our team in the Beverage / Bottling / Packaging / Automotive Industry. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with injection molding, Extrusion and Extrusion Blow Molding machinery, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This field-based role supports customer sites across the Americas with maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment installation, commissioning, production start-ups and line upgrades.

What We're Looking For

• + 4-5 years of hands-on field service, plastics processing, or process engineering experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude for process setup and maintenance of molding equipment, including robotics, injection molding machines, extrusion machines, extrusion blow molding machines, molds, and heat control systems.

• Proficiency with analysis and quality tools such as Six Sigma, Control Charts, Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Diagrams, Pareto Analysis, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

• Ability to interpret and work with 2D and 3D technical drawings and schematics.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

• Valid passport, U.S. visa, and driver's license required.
